Can I Track My Delivery?

Yes, all orders will receive a text message and an email with the tracking details once the parcels have been collected and scanned. You can enter your tracking ID here for more details: Track Your Delivery

Not All of My Order Has Arrived

In most cases, orders will be split into multiple consignments. We are only able to send a maximum of 2 nets per bag.

For example, if you order 8 nets, you will receive 4 tracking codes, one for each parcel. Please check these tracking details. If there are no updates or if there are problems, please contact us via email.

When Will I Get My Delivery?

Please allow up to 48 hours for delivery. All orders placed before 3 PM are processed the same day, and you should receive tracking details that evening. All orders are sent on a 1-2 day delivery service.

Can I Choose a Delivery Day?

Not at the time of placing the order. However, you can add notes or update the delivery details by following the links in the tracking email.

Do I Need to Be In for Delivery?

No, couriers will leave the package in a safe place or deliver it to a neighbour if you are not in.

Terms and Conditions

  • Order Cancellation: You can cancel your order up until the shipping has been booked.
  • Refusing Delivery: If you are in at the time of delivery, you can refuse the delivery and the package will be returned to us.
  • Refunds: Refunds are only processed once we have received the returned item.
