Earlier this week on the 27th & 28th September Log-barn and Log-delivery.co.uk exhibited at the Takeaway & Restaurant Innovation Expo in the Excel, London.

The Perfect opportunity to introduce our wood briquettes to the UK catering market.

Our Normandy Briquettes are made from 100% beech wood flour which compressed into a highly calorific fire log.

These Briquettes are the perfect fuel for any pizza oven because they not only save space when storing, they also burn hotter and longer than other suitable types of fuel.
As a rough calculations, one of our Beech Briquettes produces the same output as 3 kiln dried logs.

At the Takeaway & Restaurant Innovation Expo the beech briquettes were a huge hit with customers who were looking for an alternative briquette supplier.
